  • Competition Classes - kata (forms) and kumite (sparring)
  • Kardio Karate - 30 mins of cardio using karate movements
  • Private Karate Instruction

Classes Structure
Warm Ups (lubricates the the joints, warms up the muscles)
Stretching (stretches the muscles to prepare them for training)
Kihon (Basics) (blocking, punching, and kicking, combinations)
Kihon Ido (Moving Basics) Solo/Partner Drills (executing techniques with repetition)
Kata (forms) (pre arranged movements where self defense techniques stem from)
Kumite (sparring) practical close combat sparring
Cool down (brings the body and mind back to a calm relaxed state)

Sport Karate or Competition Karate is a program also available that is build upon traditional karate. (Tuesdays)
