| Warm Ups (lubricates the the joints, warms up the muscles) |
| Stretching (stretches the muscles to prepare them for training) |
| Kihon (Basics) (blocking, punching, and kicking, combinations) |
| Kihon Ido (Moving Basics) Solo/Partner Drills (executing techniques with repetition) |
| Kata (forms) (pre arranged movements where self defense techniques stem from) |
| Kumite (sparring) practical close combat sparring |
| Cool down (brings the body and mind back to a calm relaxed state) |

Sport Karate or Competition Karate is a program also available that is build upon traditional karate. (Tuesdays) |
